About LEAD Development

 LEAD Development, LLC is taking a new approach to developing organizational leaders.  Through evaluations of current organization challenges LEAD Development will build a strategy and timeline that aligns with your organizational goals.  

I am a United States Marine Corps Veteran and Human Resource Professional specializing in employee relations, training, employee development, and leadership development. With over 20 years of leadership experience in various industries,  I am an experienced and highly skilled professional who is committed to delivering exceptional results for my clients. I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to every project I undertake.

My fields of study include Criminal Justice and Business Human Resource Management. I hold several certifications including, DDI True Leader Facilitator, the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) Senior Certified Professional Certification, and Advanced Leadership Certification through the National Society of Leadership and Success (NSLS). I am an active member of SHRM and the Human Resource Professionals (HRP) of Central Pennsylvania.
